This production process is ideal for applications that have nearly low fabrication quantities (100 to 10, 000 parts) or quickly changing commodity designs. With precision casting, we can exploit almost 200 alloys. These alloy range from ferrous, instrument steel, carbon steel and ductile iron - to non ferrous - copper, aluminum and brass. As design sophistication boosts, the tooling often becomes too costly and too time consuming to make prototype and low-volume output practical. We strictly adhere to minimum active age requirements and maximum allowed working hours. Cast Dream is conscious of minimizing its impact on the surrounding atmosphere. We constantly strive to incorporate technology in its processes to improve efficiency and quality. parts low wax cast surface quality
